Our Facilities

We have a variety of facilities to fit your needs including:

16 Camper style cabins split into 2 areas. Each cabin can hold up to 10 participants and 2 Leaders.
Each area has a community washroom facility with toilets, showers, and sinks included.
Our Dining Hall can seat up tp 200 people with additional washroom facilities at the back.
We offer a variety of program facilities such as a sports field, canoing area, challenge course, beachfront swimmimg area, and our larger indoor event/ recreation space called The Hub. The Hub also has multiple break out rooms for smaller discussions and group activities.

Rentals Programming

We offer a variety of programming options to fit your needs and budget. At the time of booking, we will go through the options available based on the goals and objectives of your time at camp. Some activities can be self-run/directed while others must be run by our staff due to safety standards (e.g. swimming). Some examples of program options that we offer are:

How long does it take to get to Kawagama Rentals?

We are on Kawagama Lake near Dorset, ON. Travel time depends on where you are coming from. It is approximately 2.5 hours north of Toronto.

We are open for rentals during the following times:

The month of May
The first 2 weeks of June
The last 2 weeks of August
The month of September
The first week of October

Is Kawagama Rentals Only Open to Youth Groups/ School Rentals?

No! We have many adult groups who rent the site for a variety of team building programming or for their own staff orientation.

How Much Does it Cost to Rent at Kawagama Rentals

The rental cost varies depending on length of stay, group size, and programming requirements. Please contact us to discuss booking fees.
